Visiting Barbados

When the nature explorations are done, there is a plethora of shopping in the towns, especially in the capital town of Bridgetown.  Shops here have not only fantastic native and exotic buys, but at much lower prices than you would expect, and tax-free as long as you remember to bring your airline ticket and passport.  The dining is also world-class, with enough great restaurants that I recommend trying different ones any chance you get during your Barbados vacation.

At a balmy 75˚F to 85˚F all year long, cooling off just a bit at nights, the year-round temperature couldn’t be more perfect.  The rainy season lasts from June until December, a little more so during hurricane season, though it is very rare for a hurricane to actually hit Barbados.
